Mission Statement

To be proactive in promoting change within the human services environments with ethical innovation and practical solutions.

Vision

To lift the heart of society’s most vulnerable members with processes that give hope and attainment of better futures. To promote governance which embraces diversity and collaboration of many for the unity of shared insight.

Director Penny Leader's major area of expertise is training and consultancy for working with women who have been subjected to childhood sexual abuse. Extensive research reveals that there are many barriers to working with people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, including the survivor's reticence to disclose and the worker's own values.

Professional experience and university studies led Penny to write a Training Resources Kit and conduct a hands-on Workshop for relevant professionals. Onsite training can also be conducted, so please register your interest on our contact page.

Penny has co-authored a Paper, Pandora's Box: Unleashing Technology in the Human Services. To download the white paper as a PDF, click http://eprints.qut.edu.au/129/1/Rahima_Ibrahim_et_al.pdf. (Co-authored under former name of Pauline Gaye Jones).
